Surgical Clearance Protocol

This protocol details the clinical parameters, resection boundaries, and anatomical checkpoints managed during the procedure. The priority is achieving R0 (microscopically negative) margins while preserving surrounding neural and vascular structures.

Procedural Stages

Surgical cytoreduction of visible pleural/peritoneal disease.
Placement of inflow and outflow catheters.
Perfusion of hyperthermic chemotherapeutic agents (HITOC) or aerosolized delivery (PIPAC).
Continuous temperature monitoring and safety washout.
